RM027 - A Great Lifting Session - featuring Dawn Whitham - Video Download
In preparation for what may be the finest ‘lift video’ ever produced, the 5'5" 180 pound Dawn goes through a series of grueling strength demonstrations: Upon being measured (17" rock hard biceps), Dawn gets turned on and wants to show you her sheer strength. Her biceps bulge as she toys with a male while arm-wrestling, her forearms strain as she squeezes her foes hands. Then, for Dave to prepare for lifts, he gets to feel her arms and legs, before he is turned into a human barbell. Among the lifts are dozens of consecutive full squats (all angles shown) with him on her back, she uses him for triceps extensions, leg presses, and does to raises with him—on one leg! Dave get HIS favorite lift (front bear hugs), she then presses him overhead (easily)—all of this makes the regular fireman carry seem tame. Dawn asks you if you have any lifting suggestions for her next video, which seems silly to us, as at this point, Dawn is probably the most versatile and knowledgeable ‘lifter’ on the scene today, see if you agree!!
