She missed her regular gym workout, leading to an improvised workout at home. Right off the bat you get a detailed view of the #1 forearms in bodybuilding—cables rippling with size and definition. A local bodybuilder drops by, and although she is a state champ, you will be amazed how huge Michelle is by comparison. A tandem workout follows, complete with arm-wrestling, human barbell squats and donkey calve raises. Michelle then goes solo, hitting shot after shot (particularly upper body biceps) in several great outfits, including lingerie. By this time you will think Michelle is all upper body, but her closing stairmaster scene may change that...
