At the time this footage was taken in 1997 Bethany was still a teenager, and probably the most impressive teen ever this side of Tazzie Colomb. At 5'6" and a rock-hard 180 pounds, she demonstrates a physique which could stand with most women who had been training for 10 years. Also interesting, even at her young age (19), her leg development was on a par or even better than for her upper body, which is usually not the case. Being a former near-Olympics caliber gymnast might have something to do with her advanced physique, and also with her being able to perform very tough gymnastic moves, which she does on this tape- back flips, walking on hands and effortless straddles. She then poses bodybuilding-style in several outfits where she shows off good definition for being in off-season shape.
