WPW216 - Great Calves - Caron Hospedales, Laura Robinson and Cathey Adamenko - Video Download
This video was originally called 'Great Legs' as the three women featured were primarily professional dancers who best physique feature was their lower body. We had only this one session with Cathey when she was still in college, majoring in dance, and the emphasis is on her thighs and calves. Laura, who was also a top amateur arm-wrestler at the time, was on the scene for a few more years and we had one follow-up session with her. Despite not training heavily, she had lean definition with terrific calves as the result of the dancing. Caron was just starting to train heavier for bodybuilding competitions, and she had a good career for a few years, placing high in a few national shows. In addition to her outstanding legs, her upper body was really starting to come in as well. Laura's two sessions, done about a year apart, features posing in different outfits and an interview. Caron did some gymwork, then emphasis was posing her lower body in different outfits, including lots of walking footage. Those two were taped with our regular equipment, but Cathey's posing footage was taken with a camcorder.
