WPW231 - Dawn Whitham & Astrid Falconi - (118 minutes) - Video Download
We had two video sessions with Dawn in 1993- in contest shape and off-season, and one with the Canadian star Astrid, when she was in fabulous contest shape. Astrid was taped at her contest, so there is no gymwork, but she hits very impressive shots in swimsuits and dresses, showing that she was one of the most muscular women of the era. Dawn, a New Englander, was in huge off-season shape (5'5" 175 pounds) and her gymwork was very impressive, featuring working up to a 300 pound bench and a 185 pound curl (not a misprint...), among other lifts. She then hits the shots in a few outfits, then more when she was huge AND ripped the time of her contest. Dawn and Astrid were two of the most muscular women on the scene at the time, making this a great 'coupling' of physique models.
