Michelle has been competing since 1986 and we finally caught up with her 10 years later for our first photo/video session with her. She was already a top amateur then, and owner of a very complete physique, including state-of-the-art biceps, which measured almost 16” back then. This work was done in two stages – in top contest shape then a few months later when she was slightly up in weight, though you will hardly notice. The 38-year-old works out heavy in the gym, hits the shots in several bikinis and dress items and is interviewed. At 5’3” and 140+ pounds, she has size, shape and definition, one of the top women of all time and one of the best amateurs who has not been able to turn pro.
