Karen competed in local/regional fitness contests in Pennsylvania in the mid-90's, and turned pro in 1996 in time to place third in her first Ms. Olympia Fitness show. At the time she was one of most muscular fitness women, and she displays that by hitting the poses in several outfits and during her tandem gymwork with Michelle Bellini. At the time of this taping, Fitness Video 10, featuring Christine, had been deleted from catalogue, so we added almost all of that footage here. Now, the original Fitness Video 10 is back in stock and features her interview and some posing which is not on this video.
