We had one taping with Yolanda, in May 1996 when she was off-season, but very lean at 5'6" 160 pounds. She was a top amateur from the northwest who had an impressive, but short career as an IFBB pro. For Heather, we taped her in very top contest shape at the 1996 Nationals, then in huge (5'5" 180) off-season shape in early 1997.
