Despite he impressive stage career, we think that Amy was one of the most underrated women ever- in many ways she reminds us of Debi Laszewski: a great looking blonde, a total physique (size, shape and definition) and impressive physical strength, as seen during her two off-season workouts here. We had three sessions with her in 1997- two of them were in her off-season condition (in February at 5'5" 160, then in August at 170) sandwiched around her contest shape footage (140 pounds) at the time of US Championships contest (and this stage routine, and one other, are included here). In addition to the very heavy gymwork (her 120 pound dumbbell work was the heaviest ever) and interview, Amy hits the shots in many swimsuit and dress items for all three tapings.
