Bethany has to be one of the most fascinating and impressive women to grace our video camera. At 19 years of age, this teenager has developed a muscular physique and level of strength way beyond her years. We lead off with her 1997 video session when she was still 19, and looking at the guide photos here it was hard to believe this was actually her “off-season” condition, because at 5'6" she was an unbelievably lean 180 pounds! Even at this weight, she was very hard, showing off muscular size combined with good definition, particularly in her thighs, calves, biceps and triceps. Before she poses for you in several outfits, you will see her strength workout in the gym, featuring many strict reps with 135 pounds for curls and a 250 pound incline bench. Many of our models end up pushing 1000 pounds on the leg press, Bethany started with 1000, and you won't believe how many reps she did with that!! In June 1998 we got her in top contest shape at about 165 pounds, this time, of course, showing off even more definition, particularly in her legs and arms. She hits the shots in a bikini, leotard and dress, and we have a quick update interview with her. Bethany is probably the most developed teenager ever, and together with her blonde good looks, this makes for a most unusual and impressive video subject.
