Lisa had been competing in regional contests in Canada in the early 2000's, and during a trip to California our free-lance videographer, Tony Duffy, caught up with her for this photo/video session in 2001. At 5'5" 165 pounds she was at off-season weight, but you would not know that from her condition- rock hard size, shapes and even vascularity, particularly in her upper body. At only 27 years of age it seemed she had a bright future in the sport, but she did not stick around the competitive scene very long. For this video, Tony had a comprehensive gym workout with her, followed by posing in several outfits and an interview. Her arms and back were huge and she even showed abs at her heavier weight.
