The Fitness Strength Contest features three women competing against each other for barbell curls, holding a straddle and one-arm pushups and these women can do MANY of those. Contestants are the 21 year old Shana Martin, the 40 year old Cynthia Bridges and top fitness women turned bodybuilder Lindsay Mulinazzi.
The strength event for the women bodybuilders includes bench pressing, pulling weight on a chest machine, barbell curls and squats. The field of women is top-notch: Nursel Gurler, Danet Seely, Sue Scheppele, Stacy Garonzik, Annie Rivieccio, Tazzie Colomb, Yaxeni Oriquen and Julie Scanlon, who is currently one of the strongest powerlifters ever.
