Description
WPW471 - Tracey Greenwood - (118 minutes) - Video Download
Tracey was a top amateur fitness competitor during the 1990's, and by the time we had our sessions with her in 2001 she was a top IFBB pro. Due to her proximity (she lived in Delaware) we had three different tapings with her that year- twice in top contest shape at 5'6" 140 pounds, and slightly up in weight for the third. We did repwork in the gym, but she showed that she was one of the strongest fitness women by using fairly heavy weight for the reps. She then hits the bodybuilding shots in bikini and dresses, showing off a fitness physique which could easily have won local or regional bodybuilding shows- a lot of lean muscularity, particularly for her arms, back and chest. Her interview also included. Tracey has been one of the most successful fitness competitors of all time- with many wins and high placements at the top pro shows during the 2000's, and she is still active going into the 2010 season.
Runs 118 minutes.
