Asa had been competing in her native Sweden for several years and was visiting California in 2003 when our west coast videographer, Tony Duffy, had this photo/video session with her. At 140 pounds, the 34-year-old Asa was in off-season shape and displayed a full rounded physique, with good size and definition, particularly in her biceps. Asa does a rep-oriented gym workout, then hits the shots in several different outfits, and is interviewed. She is still not involved in the sport as of 2005 and we hope someday to do more work with her in contest shape.
