Our long-time Women’s Physique World (and Ray Martin) fans are very familiar with Laurie Noack, as we did quite a bit of work with her in the late 90’s, before she stopped competing for a few years. She recently resurfaced at the 2004 Junior USA contest in New Haven, where we did this new work with her. Helena Jenkins is a newcomer who we met for the first time at the same show. When taping at contests we cannot do gymwork, so for these two women we have about an hour of each and since both are about the same level of muscularity and facial beauty, we paired them on this tape. Laurie is still doing the figure/fitness shows and is as leanly muscled (at 5'5" 120 pounds) as she was six years ago. Helena, at 5'4" and 135 pounds is not as defined, but features beautiful and large muscle shapes, topped off by staggering facial beauty and a great hairstyle. Both women pose hear the Yale campus in bikinis and dresses, and are interviewed.
