Rhonda is from Washington State and has been competing primarily in regional shows in the northwest. In the two national contests she has done (Team Universe, twice) she has placed in the top five both times and will be gearing up for that show again in 2005 when we plan to do work with her in contest shape. Here, though, she is in “true” off-season shape – at 5’5” she checked in at a very lush 165 pounds, featuring 16” biceps and 26” thighs, and with some considerable strength in several lifts in the gym (racking the lat and tricep machines, curling over 100 pounds, heavy squats…). The 29 year old also does some repwork in the gym, followed by posing in bikini, three dress items and an interview. At this weight her physique is shapely, and her arms, chest and back are the best body parts – all topped off by facial beauty and a full mane of reddish brown hair – a perfect “off-season” photo/video session.
