Deniz is not well known yet, but she should have a bunch of fans soon. At 5’5” and 175 pounds she was in her “off-season” shape, but you will hardly believe that as she was very lean and defined, and particularly so for her lower body, which is unusual for a woman at the heavier weight. We found out afterwards that she knows Colette Nelson, so we challenged Deniz to a similar strength/endurance workout similar to the one Colette did recently and the results were pretty close! After the heavy lifts we suggested, Deniz spotted her favorite station – a vertical leg press and proceeds to work up to 10 easy reps with 600 pounds – it is clear she could have done 1000 pounds here if fresh. Then Denis hit the shots (this was her first photo shoot) in a bikini and three dress outfits, showing off huge arms and back, and a very lean and defined lower body, including some of the best calves we have ever seen. Deniz won the Maryland State in 1998, had a top-five in a Junior USA and the 41 year old also won the Masters Nationals. She will be dieting for the USA in 2005 and we will do more with her then.
Video runs about 2 hours.
