We have known this New Yorker for many years, seeing her in the early 90’s working backstage at the Extravaganza shows just when she was starting to train for competition herself. She has come a long way, both in her physique and her incredible strength level, and this is our second taping with her. She was in contests shape at the time of the 2005 US Championships, and despite dieting for the show she again put on quite a show of strength in the gym (how about curling half her body weight of 150 pounds for 30+ reps, then curling 135 pounds for 8 reps!! Or, benching 135 (close to her 150 pound weight, at 5’3”) for 24 reps!! As far as her physique, she is packed – very strong 15” arms, deep cut abs and dense muscularity, particularly in her chest, triceps and back. This new 2005 material runs about an hour, so to fill out a video, we also have added her 2002 session – which runs another hour and features more very strong gym work, posing and interview.
