We met Sharon at a local contest in New Jersey and were very impressed by the amount of lean muscle on her 5’5” and 110-pound frame – particularly since she mainly competes in figure contests. After 15 years of competing the very youthful looking 45 year old has turned pro in the IMBF natural organization. We did repwork in the gym and she shows off a very leanly defined muscularity, particularly in her upper body, as she goes through her workout and posing I her bikini and three other outfits. Her interview closes out her hour of footage, and to make this a longer release, we have added the entire WPW-491 of Elaina Monroe, who has a similar physique look to that of Sharon. Elaina does a tandem strength challenge workout with Marlene Harden, then hits the bodybuilding shots in her bikini and dress and is also interviewed. Video runs 160 minutes.
