We have done several video sessions with Dena over the past 6-7 years, in contest shape and off season, but she is at her most ripped here, as we did the work with her the day after the 2007 Jan Tana Contest. The 5'2" 135 pounder showed off impressive size, shape and definition, and she hits the shots in her bikini and dresses after a workout in the gym, and an update interview is also included. This new 2007 footage runs about 1 1/2 hours, and as a bonus, we have another 40 minutes that were taken of her by another videographer late in 2005, when she was in near-contest shape.
