This is a pure posing video with five of the top fitness women of the early 90's. The taping was done in 1991-1992 with emphasis on Kruck and Duncan, each of whom poses fitness/bodybuilding style in many swimsuits and dress outfits. Johnson, Georges and Dobbins each pose in one bikini and one dress, and work out in the gym. The gymwork sound is 'live', but all posing has classical music dubbed.
