WPW585 - Yamile Marrero - Video Download
Yamile, born in Havana, Cuba, has been a force on the National bodybuilding scene since 2000 and has been in the top five several times. We plan to do more work with her when in contest shape, but we had a last minute chance to get her in her huge and strong off-season condition at 5'6" and 170 pounds. Her physique is complete though one has to give a special nod to her unreal legs, with much of that due to years of ballet training. In addition to finding time to train, she is also an attorney and is “pushing 40”. The gymwork featured some repwork, but she was one of our best chinners ever, knocking off an easy TWENTY FIVE (stopping only because we picked that number before doing the reps – she could have done 30 easily), benched 225 pounds for 3 reps and did easy donkey toe raises with two women on her back. After that, she hits the bodybuilding shots in a bikini and two dresses, and is interviewed.
