WPW425 - Colette Nelson - (137 minutes) - Video Download
Colette had been competing in local/regional NYC contests in the late 1990's, and in 2000 she became a national force with an impressive 6th placing in her class at that year's Nationals. We had our contest shape session with her at that show in the fall, and did off-season work with her in the summer when she checked in at 5'5" 155 pounds. She posed in many outfits both times, and the gymwork was divided between repwork and a few heavy lifts, such as strict bodyweight curls for four reps, which is very tough. The blonde beauty, only 25, had a lot to look forward to in the sport, and that all did come true, turning pro and competing at a high level in the pro shows in recent years, including top-ten in the 2010 Ms. International. In addition, since she was local and her look varied between being ripped to being huge, she became one of our favorite physique models of this decade. Video running time about 2 1/4 hours.
