Kris has been competing for a LONG time (since 1983, longer than anyone?) but we did not meet up with her until she made her comeback at the 2008 Nationals. This was her second comeback as she also did the Nationals twice during the 90's. We had this first photo/video session with her January 2009 when she was 'off-season', but was still in remarkable shape - very lean and chiseled even at 5'4" 150 pounds. The gymwork was very impressive including 1500 pound leg presses, weighted dips with 45 pound plate attached to her, 20 easy wide grip pull ups, etc. Kris then hits the shots in a one-piece and four dress items, showing off a very impressive physique and beautiful groomed looks which should get her easily into the top-5 for the national contests in 2009, including a great shot winning the Masters Nationals for this 46 year old !
