We did our first photo/video session with Annie last winter when she was in her off-season shape – here; we got her in top contest shape just before and at the US Championships. Despite being in top defined shape, at 5’3” 150 pounds she still carried a lot of muscle size throughout her physique, though a special nod goes to her very impressive upper body. When we do gymwork with women in contest shape, we normally do a “rep” workout to get them pumped up for the posing-and that is what we did here-she knocks off and easy 20 chins, does other gym repwork, then poses in her bikini and four other nice dress outfits. We close with an update interview.
