WPW650 - Rhonda Dethlefs - Video Download
We had our first video session with Rhonda in early 2005 when she was in off-season shape (about 165 pounds at 5’5”) and living on the west coast. She has since moved to New York City, and in August she was in contest shape (a very nicely defined 155 pounds) for the Team Universe. We spend an entire day with her as despite her recent dieting, she had lots of energy as you will see from her unreal leg workout in the gym and a lot of posing in bikinis and skirts. The posing was unreal as Rhonda demonstrated terrific muscle size and definition everywhere, and as you can see, her facial beauty and gorgeous hair are among the very best ever. Her upper body – particularly her biceps, back, triceps and chest – were quite impressive, her abs were very deep cut and her thighs were huge at 26”. Once you view the gym work you will see how the legs got that developed, as she did HER normal leg workout, which started at 20 reps with 500 and culminating at 7 reps at 1500 on the leg press, with many reps in between. She also did her won stiff-legged dead lift workout (much tougher than regular dead lifts) before moving onto more repwork for the upper body. In terms of physique size, shape and definition, facial beauty and strength, there have been few as impressive as Rhonda.
