WPW451 - Karen Konyha - Video Download
We met Karen at the Jan Tana Pro Fitness Contest in 1999 and had two sessions with her that year- those are on WPW-378. She was in top shape again for this May 2000 taping, combining the very best features from both bodybuilding and fitness- she was not huge (5'3" 120 pounds), but had very good definition throughout her balanced physique, topped off by great facial beauty and glamorous blonde hair. Her total body shape was perfect and her biceps, back, abs and calves were her best bodyparts. She does repwork in the gym, then hits the poses bodybuilding-style in a bikini and several dresses, and an interview is also included. Karen had one of the best 'looks' ever- she competed at a high level as an IFBB fitness pro for a few more years before retiring from competition.
