Kris is a newcomer to competitive bodybuilding, having only competed in a couple of local shows in her home state of Florida. At an impressive 5'6" and 175 pounds, she was in very strong off-season shape, and the young (25) Kris pounded some heavy iron during the gymwork, including 5 easy reps with 1200 pounds for the leg press, a 245 pound bench, and perhaps the most impressive, strict curls with 135 pounds for several reps. Kris was in “traditional off-season shape” for this Spring 2004 taping, meaning lots of size everywhere but not ripped. The video features Kris hitting the shots in a bikini, two dresses, the impressive gymwork and interview.
